    • Start by authorizing Microsoft Teams and linking your chosen phone number to enable SMS functionality.

  2. Book a Session with Our Team

  3. Number Porting Process

    • If you are porting an existing number, please note that it may take several days for the number to be fully ported and activated.

  4. Enable SMS Functionality

    • Once SMS functionality is activated, you can send one-on-one SMS messages directly to your Microsoft Teams contacts. All SMS conversations will be logged and visible within the conversation view.

  5. Automatic Activity Logging

    • SMS activities will automatically be recorded, creating activity logs that help you track and manage your communications effectively.
