Installation and Configuration Demo Video :
Step 1: Install the extension from the marketplace listing.
Step 2: After Installing the Zendesk Plivo SMS extension go to the Zendesk Support home page, and find Plivo SMS MMS for Zendesk by OAppS button in Left Nav Bar, click on the Plivo Icon to get the Enable Extension page.
Step 3: Click on Enable Button to Authorise Zendek and Plivo Services. After successful authorization, both the service will be tagged as Authorised Successfully.
* Grab the Plivo Acc SID & Auth Token from Plivo login.
Step 4:
Plivo SMS for Zendesk - Add account in Channel Integrations :
1 . Click on the Channel App Link,
2. Click on the Zendesk -Plivo SMS extension.
3. Click on Accounts
4. Top right corner click on Add account.
5. Channel App Configured, go to Zendesk Support Home page and click on Plivo Icon in Left Nav Bar.
Step 5: Plivo SMS for Zendesk - Add Phone Number :
Clicking Plivo SMS MMS for Zendesk by OAppS button in Left Nav Bar will open OAppS SMS Extension Settings Page.
1. Click on Add Phone Number to Add Phone number.
2. Click on the SMS Templates to Add Templates, you can save unlimited templates.
Step 6: Close the Settings window to access the Send SMS / Send Bulk SMS window,
Step 7: Sending SMS will create a New ticket or thread in Zendesk support. From SMS ticket view reply SMS can be sent back, both inbound and outbound SMS supported.
Step 8: You can trigger Bulk SMS in one click.
