SMS & MMS Messaging App for Zoho CRM


Setup and Installation


1. Click the install link and select 'Install Now.'



2. Authorise Zoho CRM



3. Choose any SMS service


4. Select  Twilio / RingCentral to connect SMS numbers

For Twilio:

Authorize using your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.

Go to Twilio account.

  • Your Account SID and Auth Token will be displayed on the dashboard.
  • Copy your Account SID and Auth Token and use them to authenticate the Twilio service.

and click on Authorize button.



For RingCentral:

  • Click the Authorize button to authorize RingCentral.
  • Authorize your RingCentral account.
5. Enable to activate Connect the SMS-enabled numbers.


The extension is now installed on your Zoho CRM account. Follow these steps to send an SMS from the Zoho CRM window:
1. Navigate to the Zoho CRM page and select "Contacts" from the sidebar.
2. In the Contact detail view, the Send SMS panel will automatically fill in the From and To numbers.
3. You can manually type your SMS message or choose a template to automatically merge fields and send personalized messages.
4. Track all incoming and outgoing messages related to a specific contact within the Notes section.

How to send One-One messaging?

  • Navigate to the Zoho CRM module.
  • Click on any record to view its details.
  • At the top, click the HelloSend DM button to open the Direct Messaging form.
  • The From and To numbers will be automatically populated based on your configuration.
  • Select a pre-configured template or enter your own custom message.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing messages in the chat box view.
  • All messages are saved in the HelloSend History module for future reference.            


  • Templates

    Templated SMS is a valuable feature for CRM products, allowing businesses to send personalized messages to a large number of recipients. The extension enables you to save unlimited templates with mail merge fields and friendly names for efficient, personalized messaging.
    How to Add Templates:
    Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the Send SMS panel. From the menu, select Templates.
    Click the 'Add Template' button to create templates for any modules. Personalize messages using the module's fields and assign them friendly names.
    Use the added templates for personalized messaging to your clients.





    How to send Bulk SMS / SMS Campaign from Zoho CRM?

    SMS CampaignAn SMS campaign is a marketing strategy that involves sending text messages to a large audience to promote a product or service, build customer relationships, or drive conversions.

    To send SMS Campaign iniside Zoho CRM
    1. Go to the Leads module in Zoho CRM.
    2. Select the leads, choose bulk leads to initiate a campaign, and click HelloSend Campaign. The 'To' section will be populated with the selected leads.
    3. The 'From' number is auto-selected; adjust if needed. Choose a template or enter a custom message, and attach media if required.
    4. Launch the campaign immediately or schedule it for later.
    5. View campaign analytics on the Campaign Analytics screen.
    To initiate campaign via HelloSend page
    1. Go to HelloSend Module in Zoho CRM. 
    2. In tool bar click on Campaign & click on Create.
    3. Zoho CRM modules and data will load into the left sidebar of the Campaign page.
    4. Select the module and apply filters to choose recipients for your SMS.
    5. Type your SMS message manually or opt for a template to automatically merge fields for personalized messages.
    6. Launch the campaign instantly or schedule it for a future time.


    Campaign Analytics

    Inbox

    Manage both incoming and outgoing messages in a conversational format by tracking them in one centralized location. With all messages in one place, businesses can manage and respond to messages quickly without switching between different platforms or tools.

    How to Access Inbox:
    1. Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the Send SMS panel. From the list, select Inbox.
    2. All incoming and outgoing messages will be saved in one place.
