How to Enable Call Channel in CRM

Go to the left menu in your account and find the "Channels" section. Click on the "Call" channel option.


Authorize Your Twilio Account

To begin using voice capabilities, you'll need to authorize your Twilio account. Click on the "Authorize" button to grant the necessary permissions.

Enable Voice-Enabled Numbers

After authorization, a list of voice-enabled numbers linked to your Twilio account will appear. Select the numbers you wish to enable for use.



Assign Numbers to Teams & Set Your Profile Online

Once the numbers are enabled, they will be automatically assigned to the default team, and your profile will be set to "Online" by default, allowing you to start making and receiving calls.

Start Calling via Zoho CRM

With everything set up, go to your Zoho CRM account and begin making calls using the enabled numbers.
