Zoho Sign for Pipedrive

 Zoho Sign for Pipedrive extension enables the below key features,

 Get your contracts and sales paperwork signed directly from the comfort of the hub of your Pipedrive sales.

  1. Send a Zoho Sign Template To Pipedrive Deals or Contacts or Organization Email Id.
  2. Upload the Pipedrive Documents to Zoho Sign.
  3. Track the Document Status in Pipedrive Panel.

            

Installing & Setting Up:

1. Install the plugin from the Pipedrive marketplace.
2. Click enable button to authorize.
3. Authorize ZohoSign.
4. Click the Complete Installation button.



Sending Template:

  1. The "Send Template for Signature" button can be selected, once entering into deals, contacts, and organization modules, these modules would be segregated manner. 

            
      2. Now you can select the templates from the list of templates in a drop-down.



     3. After selecting the template the "preview" button is enabled. Then click the "preview" button.



    4. Now you can see the selected template in a new tab. Then Scroll down and click the "Quick Send" button to send the template to (deal or contact) email Id.




Upload Pipedrive Documents:
  1. From the Deals, Contacts, and Organization module, we can upload
    Pipedrive Documents to Zoho Sign by clicking the "Send Documents from Pipedrive" button.
       
2. Enter the file name in the search document.
      
     
3. Drop down will be displayed, which will be similar to the search document.
       
4. After that click the "Upload Zoho Sign" button

     
5. Select the "ClickHere to Proceed" option to view the uploaded document in Zoho Sign.



Document/Template Status:
1. Templates and Document status were tracked in the "Zoho Sign for Pipedrive" panel view via deal or contact mail id.



Create Template in Zoho Sign with fields:

1. While creating a template in Zoho Sign user needs to select the "prefill by you" option and add the text filed and replace the label name of the text field with below mentioned Fields name and save the templates.
2. Users can able to view the mapped  Pipedrive values on the Zoho sign page by following the above-mentioned steps.
