Installation and Configurations
Here are the steps to install "OAppS SMS Marketing" from App store:
- Go to Shopify app store and search for "OAppS SMS Marketing," then click "Add app."
- Install and enable 7 days trial period.
Messaging Services - Install
1. List of all supported services will be listed under Services tab.
2. Click on any service to get Install screen.
3. On Top right corner click on Install button.
4. Authorise the service and click on Complete Installation Button.
5. The SMS enable Phone numbers will be auto listed. Choose the number and map with corresponding friendly name.
Pre-designed Templates e-commerce SMS Marketing
Browse through a list of predefined templates for ease of use, and store admins have the option to create customized templates as well.
To add a customised templates,
1. Click on Templates.
2. Provide Template name.
3. Save the template message with mail merge Fields. This enables personalised messaging.
4. The template will be saved for future reference.
Send SMS & Send Campaign
1. Click on Send SMS / SMS Campaign option in Left tab.
2. Send SMS Compose window will be loaded with saved From Numbers. Choose the number.
3. Enter the To number or Segmented users list and Select the template or fill with customized message.
4. Click on the Send SMS button. SMS will be queued and sent to the selected customers.
Enable Inbox for Consolidated Messaging
Access the inbox feature in the messaging extension, where all inbound and outbound messages are centralized, simplifying customer communication management and tracking.
Set Up SMS Automation for Events
